Effects of Weed

Short-Term Effects

The short-term effects of marijuana include: Sometimes marijuana use can also produce anxiety, fear, distrust, or panic.

Effects on the Brain

The active ingredient in marijuana, delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol or THC, acts on cannabinoid receptors on nerve cells and influences the activity of those cells. Some brain areas have many cannabinoid receptors, but other areas of the brain have few or none at all. Many cannabinoid receptors are found in the parts of the brain that influence pleasure, memory, thought, concentration, sensory and time perception, and coordinated movement.

When high doses of marijuana are used, usually when eaten in food rather than smoked, users can experience the following symptoms:

Effects on the Heart

Within a few minutes after smoking marijuana, the heart begins beating more rapidly and the blood pressure drops. Marijuana can cause the heart beat to increase by 20 to 50 beats per minute, and can increase even more if other drugs are used at the same time.

Because of the lower blood pressure and higher heart rate, researchers found that users' risk for a heart attack is four times higher within the first hour after smoking marijuana, compared to their general risk of heart attack when not smoking.

Effects on the Lungs

Smoking marijuana, even infrequently, can cause burning and stinging of the mouth and throat, and cause heavy coughing. Scientists have found that regular marijuana smokers can experience the same respiratory problems as tobacco smokers do, including:

Most marijuana smokers consume a lot less cannabis than cigarette smokers consume tobacco, however the harmful effects of smoking marijuana should not be ignored. Marijuana contains more carcinogenic hydrocarbons than tobacco smoke and because marijuana smokers typically inhale deeper and hold the smoke in their lungs longer than tobacco smokers, their lungs are exposed to those carcinogenic properties longer, when smoking.

From Dreams To Nightmares:

I'm trying to pray for the things that i need instead of the things that i want,
because the things that i want is never what i need .

Why do i desire to succeed?, when reality is never what it seems.
the reason why dreams remain dreams

Success is only achieved by false means , American greed, its the reason that we bleed
by most means, dreams is buying nice things, driving fast speeds, living like kings

But what about the creed of Dr. Martin Luther King, his dream didn't turn out to actuality
actually speaking practicality, one mans dream isn't the worlds reality

And its probably, why its hard to see, why one black man cant have a change in democracy that's like asking for a quadriplegic to reach,
but who am i to speak...

To speak is only one part of a dream, By all means trying to find the light in a dark area is possible once you see that small gleam. Being up tight all the way to seam, Might be the only way to make it in this world, All the corporate ventures, Trying to make lie a product is something the industry calls a "Marketed Adventure." Being remorseful can turn into something useful in your eyes, But a money loss hindrance in there mind.

But
my mind lives in a place where dreams become vacant and hearts become complacent
do you know what it means complaisant, instead people only want a compensation

While I'm only looking at the constellations, wondering the type of organizations that its takes to plot an assassination of a strong administration, to stop the change from the emancipation proclamation
just to try to keep this great nation...... static

but lets not be overly dramatic, all the people i happen to relate to laying in caskets
I think of Willie Lynch tactics, when i think about the current African American status

We were taught to be mentally uncivilized savages, i still see all the prevailing damages
and I think of Emmit Till and i just cant get past it . How were we the savages ?
Didn't you see his face in the casket ?

So if this was his dream please wake him up
because i don't know what its like to be sitting in the back of the bus
So it must be discussed, enough is enough
because the present has direct correlation with the past so don't blame us

Us is not used in a world full a hate in lust, Sometimes I look at the front of a coin and I swear it says "Gov I Trust.". My minds saying maybe everything will get better, But I look at the weather channel and it says it's a good chance of hate and never. History is a big aspect of my life, Looking at the struggle in the past no one everyone is on thin ice. Native Americans all the way to the Jews have been persecuted the most, If everything was the way it should English men would be the guest and the natives would be the host. Hypothetically speaking what can we conquer by declaring warfare on an Asian nation, Won't that end up in a nuclear strike that can put a end to all the races.

My Life for Me

People want me to live my life the way they want to live
They want my future, and my present but that not a gift that I'm willing to give

Their expectations are one dimensional, desiring for me to live for them, but not doing the reciprocal

Although stagnat vicariously gaining merit and respect

If you want a gift of life better look to Christ
For I,I live my life for me, in accordance with my goals and much sacrifice.

No struggle no progress, no pain no gain, no work no faith
the best literary minds: Douglas and James have said it again and again

I quit ... goodnight
